We had Paella Night on March 20th, and Dave and Kaori, the best neighbors in the world, came over. It was Kaori's famous paella recipe that we were going to attempt to make. Kai helped too! Thanks Kai.

Tromso, NorwaySorry, I'm a little behind on news! I had to share where Kai, Cyn, Paul and the band's latest travels took them to this past March — Norway and Switzerland! They headlined a Music Festival in Tromso, a city in the northern part of Norway. It was freezing cold there — what does one expect…Tromso is located 2000km from the North Pole! The Norway press gave Zing Experience's concert a full spread in the newspaper, and rated their show a 6 out of 6 stars. They also mentioned Kai in the article, referring to him as the "beautiful little girl who danced on stage" — haha! Kai has such long wavy hair now, that sometimes he gets mistaken for a girl. 🙂After Norway, they flew to Geneva, Switzerland for a few more gigs. Paul's sister (Laura) and brother live there as well. Laura had never met Kai, and instantly fell in love with him. She spoiled him rotten, as all of Kai's aunties do.
They had an amazing 1 week journey, although very exhausting. They spontaneously decided to stopover in NYC for a 1 week visit for some rest and relaxation (initially intended to be a 5 hour layover). Of course, Auntie Liz was ECSTATIC! Pics to come from that 1 week visit in NYC.
So 2 more stamps on Kai's passport: Norway and Switzerland. 🙂

That's right, I recently discovered how much easier it is to give Kai a bath in THE KITCHEN SINK! How Filipino are we?! And he loves it — he loves the faucet, and drinking the water straight from the faucet. He is so cute!
