Some updates: Kai learned to CLAP and WAVE a couple of weeks ago! I'll upload a video of that later. Also, he now knows when we say "BYE", he waves goodbye, even without us waving — awwww…

We recently bought Kai a walker, and it's pretty tough to use on hardwood floor, because he can pick up speed, and go wizzing by, and fall on his face.
Well, we turned away for a second, and Ninong Ray heard a moan…
Kai was UNDERNEATH the walker! He wasn't crying or anything — we didn't hear him fall, thank God. It looked like he was thinking "I've fallen and I can't get up!?! Can someone help me…anybody???" I didn't capture what we ACTUALLY saw…which was his entire body underneath the walker, with BOTH HANDS still holding on FOR DEAR LIFE!!!! Cyn jokes that "Kai had to save himself, since noone else was going to!"

Kai has a new buddy in NYC — EMIL! He is the 6 month old son of our good friends, Melissa and Eric. They came over for dinner the other night, and these two hit it off, like we knew they would!
They have SO much in common! Both of them are so chill and relaxed. They both squeal the same way though when they get excited — you can barely tell them apart! They were both born on the 29th — Emil was born on Feb. 29th (Leap Year!), and Kai on Nov. 29th — both came early! Both born 5 pounds and 3 ounces. They both travel quite a bit. They both have a great sense of style. Both love peek-a-boo. Both their mommies and daddies are super cool.
