We celebrated Bubba’s early birthday today because we will be in Hawaii next week for her actual birthday. It was Kai’s idea to celebrate at the Smith in the Upper West Side! So festive and fun there. And awesome food!  

Luz, Richie and Zen visited last night from Canada! It was so good to catch up with them like no time had passed. Zen is the same age as Keila — 10 years old. We miss them living in NYC. ❤️

Keila's 1st Day of School as a kindergartner! She was a bit nervous. So was Kai as a 2nd grader. Mom and Pa flew in for the big day — so amazing to have their constant support. A little nervous.

Reunion time in Malibu! Good times with the Almario family we haven't seen in a long time.  The Lavina family from Vienna stayed with us also.  Kai and Keila got to know Marikris' kids well — Lea and Aton. And they also got to re-connect with lots of other cousins.  Nothing like FAMILY.    Kai…

Luckily, Mommy Remy was still in town to celebrate her birthday. We celebrated at home with our favorite Thai food from Pam Real Thai, our favorite crepe cake from Lady M, and lots and lots of LOVE.   Make a wish!
