Kai has kept up with his New Year’s Resolution of exercising! He doesn’t really have much of a choice though. His trainer, aka "Lolo", is HARD CORE. He works Kai out every single day. Kai’s up to 200 bench presses, and 200 leg lifts. My dad counts. haha…I’m serious, he really does. Kai’s work-out is no joke. Cyn says she already sees the definition in his arms. 🙂
Lolo rewards him with a back massage after his work-out. And Kai just loves it…he’s passed out but he loves it.
